jilif2 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jilif2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilif2 ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the jilif2 website at jilif2.best, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered on the Platform.

By clicking "Register," completing the jilif2 account creation process, or by using any feature of the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service on jilif2.

These Terms are written in English (Philippine English) and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of jilif2 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jilif2, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jilif2 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets or playing games. jilif2 is licenced to offer services within the Philippines only.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jilif2 or by any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of a jilif2 employee or business partner.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jilif2. Creating multiple accounts, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account, is strictly prohibited. If jilif2 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of jilif2. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment method details you register. jilif2 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information at any time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilif2 is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID). Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilif2 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including jilif2 staff, who will never ask for your password. 4. Deposits

jilif2 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine pesos (₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers, BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking, and Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jilif2 wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.
• jilif2 does not charge a deposit fee. Any transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the jilif2 account holder — are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• jilif2 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jilif2 wallet are processed in Philippine pesos to the payment method registered on your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per request.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya submitted before the daily cut-off time are typically processed the same business day. Requests submitted after the cut-off or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically processed within one to two banking days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• jilif2 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may require additional documentation before processing.
• Funds credited to your jilif2 wallet from active bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements of those bonuses before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jilif2 offers promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all jilif2 bonuses:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not real cash and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20× wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and Color Game rounds typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Live dealer games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute a lower percentage — typically 10% to 20%. Sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold to count. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

jilif2 monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and accounts suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at jilif2 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed before the expiry date, which is stated clearly on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

7. Game Rules and Sports Betting

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on jilif2:

• Bets must be placed before the official close of betting for that market. Late bets will not be accepted.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on unresolved markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets on markets that have already been resolved at the time of a cancellation — for example, a set winner bet where the set was completed — will stand.
• jilif2 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market and to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that may indicate irregular activity.
• In the event of a dispute over a score or result, jilif2 will use the official result published by the relevant governing body as the basis for settlement.

7.4 Bet Settlement

jilif2 aims to settle all winning bets promptly after the official result is confirmed. For live in-play bets, set-level markets in volleyball and basketball are typically settled within minutes of the set or quarter ending. Winning amounts are credited directly to your jilif2 wallet and available for further play or withdrawal immediately upon settlement.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilif2 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. As part of this commitment, jilif2 provides the following tools within every account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to jilif2. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will be notified and automatically logged out when your limit is reached.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jilif2 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one account on jilif2, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using jilif2 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with jilif2 systems without prior written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players, sharing betting information for the purpose of manipulating outcomes, or participating in any form of match-fixing or integrity breach.
• Attempting to access jilif2 systems in an unauthorised manner, including hacking, reverse engineering, or bypassing security measures.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your jilif2 account.

10. Privacy and Data

jilif2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. 11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your jilif2 account at any time by contacting support@jilif2.best. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by jilif2

jilif2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 is identified.
• A player's account is associated with an active self-exclusion request.
• jilif2 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• A player's behaviour poses a risk to the integrity of jilif2 games or betting markets.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jilif2 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and the account is closed for other reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilif2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, interrupted service, or incorrect display of odds due to data feed errors.

jilif2's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilif2 makes no representation that the Platform will always be available, free from errors, or that the software will be free from viruses. You access jilif2 at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your own device security.

13. Changes to These Terms

jilif2 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilif2 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of jilif2 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account as described in Section 11.1 before the amended Terms take effect. If your account remains active after the effective date, you will be bound by the updated Terms.
